What the bulk workflow handles
- Up to 500 barcode values in one batch.
- Values pasted one per line or loaded from a CSV/text file.
- CODE 128, CODE 39, UPC-A, UPC-E, EAN-13, EAN-8, ITF, ITF-14, and Codabar.
- Per-row validation so invalid values are identified before export.
- PNG ZIP and SVG ZIP downloads for valid barcodes.
- Leading zeros preserved when your input is treated as text.
How to create a barcode batch
- Open the generator and switch to Bulk Generator.
- Choose the barcode type required by the system that will scan the labels.
- Paste one value per line or upload a CSV file and choose the barcode column.
- Process the batch and review any validation messages.
- Download valid barcodes as a PNG ZIP or SVG ZIP.
Bulk barcode labels versus barcode images
The bulk generator creates individual barcode graphics. If your next step is a physical label run, use the same values with the site’s thermal or sheet-printing tools. For numbered internal labels, the sequential generator is usually faster than building the numbers in a spreadsheet first.
Private by design: barcode generation, CSV parsing, validation, and ZIP creation run in your browser. The site does not send your barcode values, spreadsheet contents, filenames, or label contents to analytics.
Choose the right workflow
Use this page when you already have many values. If you need Free & Easy Barcode to create the values for you—such as ITEM-0001 through ITEM-0250—use the sequential barcode generator. If the values live in Excel, see the Excel and CSV workflow.
