Supported Avery-compatible layouts
- 5160 / 8160 compatible: 1 × 2⅝ in, 30 labels per US Letter sheet.
- 5161 / 8161 compatible: 1 × 4 in, 20 labels.
- 5162 / 8162 compatible: 1⅓ × 4 in, 14 labels.
- 5163 / 8163 compatible: 2 × 4 in, 10 labels.
- 5164 / 8164 compatible: 3⅓ × 4 in, 6 labels.
- 5167 / 8167 compatible: ½ × 1¾ in, 80 labels.
Custom Letter, Legal, and A4 sheet geometry is also available when your label stock does not match one of the built-in presets.
Print barcode labels on Avery 5160-compatible sheets
- Create the barcode values or load a batch.
- Choose Laser / Inkjet Label Sheet.
- Select 5160 / 8160 compatible.
- Choose the label-content template and only the fields you need.
- Prepare the sheet and review the fit.
- Print at 100% / Actual Size; turn off browser or printer “Fit to Page.”
- Test one sheet before a long print run.
Printing from Excel or CSV data
If the barcode values live in Excel, export the barcode column to CSV and use the bulk generator to validate the data first. Then continue into the label-sheet workflow. See the Excel/CSV barcode page for the exact steps.
Keep the barcode readable
Do not fill every millimetre of the label with bars. Quiet zones and readable bar widths matter more than visual size alone. If a value cannot fit safely, use Auto-fit, reduce optional label text, choose a larger label, or shorten an internal identifier when your system allows it.
